head chef mark block's restaurant's menu offers quintessentially english dishes alongside european classics. only the finest ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and sustainable producers are used.

classic dishes are given a luxurious makeover; chicken and mushroom pie uses goosnargh maize fed chicken and cèpe mushrooms. the dessert menu is evocative of childhood days with a selection of sundaes, sorbets, classic puddings and cheeses.
